Support Texas Public Radio and enhance your home by bidding on our beautiful backyard oasis. As part of the San Antonio Botanical Gardens Terrific Treehouses exhibit, Texas Public Radio partnered with the Metropolitan Partnership for Energy and the U.S. Green Building Council of Central Texas to construct a creation that captures the imagination of childhood and sets an example for an environmentally-friendly future.

Dubbed "Our Green Treehouse," our creation is made entirely out of sustainable materials. Draped in airy green canvas sails, the open-air retreat offers a perfect shaded escape for children to play or for adults to gather. A rainwater catchment system sustains the vegetation in the planters at each corner of the treehouse, while energy-efficient, solar-powered LED's illuminate the treehouse at night.

• All sales are final. The high bidder agrees to purchase the treehouse as is.
• Texas Public Radio will contact the high bidder to arrange payment at the conclusion of the auction.  Payment can be made by cash, check, or by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover card.
• Delivery and installation of the treehouse to anywhere in Bexar County is included with your bid. Additional charges will incur to delivery outside of Bexar County.
