AccessAbility Fest 2012 was a fun- and information-filled event on Sunday, October 28. More than 3,000 people (and zombies!) filled HemisFair Park. Even the Sith Shadow Council of Texas was on-hand, making children and adults smile and reach for their light sabers.

In honor of National Disabilities Awareness Month, Texas Public Radio and disABILITYsa.org present the 6th annual AccessAbility Fest. Come out to Hemisfair Park for a family-friendly, fun-filled day offering resources, information, ideas and support for persons with disabilities and their families, including people with physical, intellectual, sensory and developmental disabilities.
