But the numbers of African-American residents has slightly decreased, making up only about 6 percent of the population. And yet, our city has the largest Martin Luther King Jr. march in the country.<br><br>What affects these numbers, and what are the issues facing the black community in a city where the numbers of African-Americans are so small?
