Voter Registration Deadline October 6

October 3, 2008 ·Monday, October 6, is the last day to register to vote in Bexar County's general election. Whether you plan to vote in the presidential election or on the much debated term limit issue, you have to be registered.  Texas has more than 13.2 million registered voters, that's about 75 percent of the state's total voting-age population. Nearly half a million Texans have registered to vote since the March primaries.

If you are already registered you can vote early from October 20 through October 31 at select polling locations. Election Day is Tuesday, November 4.
