Cool Classical For Those Dog Days Of Summer
With temperatures over 100 degress and lows not dipping below 80 degrees, we're all looking for ways to stay cool. Thoughts of cooler climates and scenery are welcome.
Enter Etnobit Percussion Group! From the oldest and deepest lake, Lake Baikal, these four have created music - from ice!
It happened in a most unlikely situation: When his wife Tatiana fell [on the ice], the unique melodic “boooooom” that followed caught the ear of trained percussionist, Sergei Purtyan. He immediately asked, “How did you make that noise?”
Enjoy their performance here:
We also recommend Vaughan Williams' Sinfonia Antarctica and Vivaldi's Winter from the Four Seasons!
