About 300 people gathered to worship together and remember the words, deeds, and spirit of the late Dr. Martin Luther King at the annual Interfaith Service, held at Temple Beth-El on Sunday, January 19. The afternoon was full of music, dance, and inspirational speech, highlighted by Rev. Otis Mitchell's channeling of King and his famous "I Have A Dream" speech. The Christian, Jewish, Buddhist, Muslim, Sikh, and Hindu faiths were all represented at the service.

You'll then hear Imam Abdur-Rahimm Muhammad read an original poem written for the occasion, Minako Shibazaki delivers a Buddhist chant, Gloria Ray offers some of her reflections on Dr. King's legacy and reads an excerpt of his address to Oberlin College, and finally, Hardeep Singh Raina offers a Sikh Chant for the occasion.
