The Source: Historic Lows For Teen Pregnancy

Thomas Pompernigg | http://bit.ly/1PxAw67

The pregnancy rate for teen birth rate just hit a historic low - again. Down nine percent in one year and more than 40 percent in seven, the decline affects every state in the union. Teen abortions have also declined. Teen mothers often are unable to complete educational goals, and are more likely to end up in sustained poverty. In addition to that the cost of unintended pregnancy is very high.

What is behind these massive drops?
