A shaky cessation of hostilities is ongoing in Syria - and talks are underway to de-escalate the conflict in this middle east nation.
The battles have been waging for 4 years - half a million killed - 4 million turned into refugees - concerns are that if unchecked the civil war could continue to widen and further destabilze the region and europe with a refugee crisis.
