A learning session tonight in San Antonio aims to increase awareness of issues facing LGBTQ Texans.
Community members are specifically concerned about proposed legislation for Texas' 2017 legislative session. Critics say that Senate Bill 242 would make Texas schools out LGBTQ students and SB 92 aims to end city and local ordinance protections based on sexual orientation and gender identity.
