Sarcastic remarks on Facebook have landed one New Braunfels teenager in jail. Indicted by a grand jury in April for the third-degree felony charge of making terroristic threats, Justin Carter, now 19 years old, is being held on $500,000 bail in the Comal County Jail.

The charge carries with it a two- to ten-year jail sentence if convicted. Carter's attorney, Donald Flanary III, joins us to talk about his client's case.

Although contacted to appear on the show, Comal County District Attorney, Jennifer Tharp declined and our office was sent the below release.
