When you are neighbors - sometimes you borrow things, share things, help each other out. That goes for neighbor nations too sometimes, like the Republic of Mexico and the United States.

But what happens when that relationship is out of balance - the partnership is unequal? Does it become a neighbor relationship like Homer Simpson and Ned Flanders?
