'Vigilante' Flyers Draw Ire Of Texas State University Officials

A series of flyers have been found in restrooms around the Texas State University that show five young men holding weapons with "Texas State Vigilante Squad" in text.
The flier states that with Donald Trump's election, "it's time to organize tar and feather vigilante squads and go and arrest and torture university leaders spouting off all this Diversity Garbage."
According to Texas State University spokesman Matt Flores the offense would probably be dealt with as a criminal mischief or vandalism offense.

"If it's a student it could be a student that's subjected to student justice. That's a process we have on campus for dealing with students who have demonstrated conduct that's not consistent with University Principles," Flores says.
Student Justice is handled through the Dean of Students office with a range of punishment from a warning to expulsion. The investigation is being handled through University police.
