Some school schedules, city services and government offices returned to normal operations Wednesday, while other delays or closures continue, following Tuesday's ice storm.
COLLEGES/UNIVERSITIES
- Our Lady of the Lake University: open at noon
- St Mary’s University: open at 11 a.m.
- Trinity University: open at 11 a.m.
- TX State (San Marcos): open at 10 a.m.
- University of the Incarnate Word: open at noon
- UTSA: open at noon
SCHOOL DISTRICTS
- Bandera ISD: two hour delay
- Boerne ISD: two hour delay
- Comal ISD: two hour delay
- Floresville ISD: two hour delay
- Howard Early Childhood Center (Alamo Heights ISD): CLOSED, faulty heating system
- Seguin ISD: CLOSED
- St Anthony Catholic HS: opening at noon
GOVERNMENT
- City of SA offices and facilities: opening at 10 a.m. Monday-Thursday garbage and recycling collection rescheduled for Thursday through Saturday, respectively.
- SAWS offices: customer centers open at 10 a.m.
- San Antonio Housing Authority: open at 10 a.m.
