The 2014 Ice Bucket Challenge ended up raising more than $115 million for ALS research and reached an unprecedented bar for a charity social media campaign — unprecedented and inimitable.

Dudley Harris Pottery Sale To Benefit Texas Public Radio

Dr. Dudley Harris is presenting his pottery work at his annual studio open house at 219 Palo Grande from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on December 5 and 12, 2015.

Proceeds from the sales events will benefit TPR. Dudley's ceramic specialty is making bowls for the kitchen and table. These hand-crafted pieces are beautiful and affordable, and would make an ideal holiday gift.

On the eve of San Antonio’s Big Give SA, Texas Public Radio is celebrating area non-profits with a “THINK BIG Movie Marathon.” This official kick off event will take place on Monday, May 4 from 7 P.M. to midnight at the Pearl Stable and include a special screening of three "big" films: Big, The Big Lebowski, and Pee-wees Big Adventure.
