Schreiner University in Kerrville celebrates our state's great music with its annual Texas Music Heritage Day on Friday, September 25 from 9:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Throughout the day, enjoy arts, crafts, live music, speakers and storytellers on the campus grounds at the Robbins-Lewis Pavilion. Over 50 performers will take part in the festivities!

On Thursday, October 16, TPR members can enjoy complimentary admission to three of Fredericksburg's historic museums from 2 to 5 p.m., followed by a special cocktail reception at the National Museum of the Pacific War. Fredericksburg has long been known for its shopping, dining, and recreational lodging -- but there's plenty of history in the city as well. Ingram, Texas, is not only KTXI's city of license, but it's home to a charming stretch of arts and craft galleries along the Old Ingram Loop, near Johnson Creek and the Guadalupe River. On Thursday, June 5, twelve galleries will open their doors to TPR members. You'll be able to leisurely browse the works on display, and meet the artists in person.

Robert Greenberg is a celebrated author and teacher, besides a delightful composer. He has performed, taught and lectured extensively across North America and Europe. Greenberg is currently music historian-in-residence with San Francisco Performances, where he has lectured and performed since 1994.
