Texas Public Radio's "Silver Solutions" is a free event spotlighting programs and services provided by institutions that support San Antonio seniors and their caregivers. This year's event will take place on Thursday, May 25 from 10am-3pm at TriPoint, 3233 N. St. Mary's.
For the seventh consecutive year, we will present a resource fair that helps seniors gather information pertaining to their health, their living resources, their faculties, their passions and their independence. As members of our associated organizations, as children of seniors, we want to help elders in our community age in place and live life to its fullest. Also, those of us who are working with our family members to help them research their options are seeing the need to put a plan together for ourselves.
Silver Solutions will spotlight programs and services provided by institutions supporting seniors and caregivers in San Antonio. It will also serve as the conduit for private consultations with a variety of experts on topics related to aging, caring for elders and elder health. In addition, senior-friendly pets will be available for adoption.
Silver Solutions takes place Thursday, May 25, from 10am-3pm at TriPoint, located at 3233 N. St. Mary's St. Both the event and convenient parking are free.
