Sounds Like KPAC: The Final Round!

Over 60 entries were submitted for our first ever talent competition for area students, SOUNDS LIKE KPAC. Our Final Round competition takes place on Sunday, February 8 from 3-5 p.m. at the Palmetto Center for the Arts on the campus of Northwest Vista College. The public is invited to the concert, which will be recorded for later broadcast on KPAC 88.3 FM.

Thanks to generous support from the Flohr Family Foundation and Dr. Lindsay Irvin of Alamo Heights Pediatrics, the First Place Winner in each Category will receive a cash prize of $1000.00. The Second Place Winner in each Category will receive a cash prize of $500.00.  The Third Place Winner in each Category will receive a cash prize of $250.00. (Each prize in the Ensemble category will be divided evenly among the performers.) Alamo Music Center and Whataburger are also donating prize packages for our talented artists and performers, all of them middle school or high school students within the listening area of KPAC 88.3 FM and KTXI 90.1 FM.
