The on again off again plan for San Antonio to annex high growth areas in Bexar county appears to be back on again of sorts.
But there are questions if this is the best course of action for the city's future and the region's development.
Two different studies have taken a look at the question - and two different conclusions were produced.
One says the city should annex these areas - adding the 160 thousand people to the population and the 65 square miles to the map - this would stabilize the area as more growth continues.
The other study says - the city should focus on the core of the city. What study do you believe?
