It was at the start of the year - 13 days ago that putting a hand gun on your hip was legal in Texas - if you had a concealed carry license.
Now how are we living with the law. HEB said don't bring your gun to get the groceries. Tip Top Cafe said - you have have your gun and chicken fried steak too.
But official government agencies - the city and the county - they have to allow guns in some manner.
How is that working -- while also keeping security in mind.
