At each TPR Views & Brews event, we host an open discussion of a hot topic accompanied by cold beer.
The sustainable food movement is becoming an important lifestyle trend, shaping our daily lives, from what is being offered on restaurant menus, to how and where we shop for food – or even whether we may choose to grow our own. At the next Views & Brews on September 23, a panel of local experts will share their knowledge on subjects such as: sustainable food, affordable ways to eat fresh and local, and rediscovering low-tech solutions for home gardens. David Martin Davies, host of TPR's "The Source," will moderate. Come for the discussion and free time to enjoy samples from a variety of vendors and great beer provided by Alamo Beer Company, Blue Star Brewing Company and Ranger Creek Brewing and Distilling.
